Getting Started

Knaves is a game that blends Poker with Fantasy elements.

The goal of the game is to reduce your opponent's Health to 0 points. To do this you have to make sure that your Attack Hand beats your opponent's Defense Hand. The trick is balancing the strength of your hands against your opponent, because they will be trying to do the same to you.

Screen overview:

To start off you will be dealt 2 cards. Drag these cards into either the Attack Row or the Defense Row. You can split the cards any way you like. As you get stronger you will be dealt more cards each round, so your chances of having even stronger hands will go up! A Poker hand consists of at least 5 cards, so if you don't assign any cards to your Attack Row you won't attack, and if you don't assign any cards to your Defense Row your opponent's attack will automatically hit.

After you assign your cards, click the GO button. The cards you have assigned will be combined with the Battleground cards to make the best Poker hand possible.

If your Attack Hand beats your opponent's Defense Hand you will deal damage to your opponent. The damage you deal is based on the weapon you have equipped.
